Business Details in Two Accounts Web

To configure the information that appears on your business documents (such as invoices, receipts, payments, forms, etc.), navigate to Settings > Business Details. From here, you can manage the following fields:


Name

Enter the business name here.

  • This name will appear on all generated documents.

  • Fallback Behavior: If you leave this field blank, the system will automatically use the business name entered in the "edit name" page (the quick edit method).


Address

The address field is a multi-purpose area where you can include various business details. It supports HTML formatting for greater flexibility.

HTML Formatting Examples:

  • Use <strong>text</strong> to bold letters, words, or paragraphs.

  • Use <br> to add a new line.

  • Use other standard HTML tags to structure the content as needed.


Country

By design, this program currently supports the following country options:

  • Automatic

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Bangladesh

Impact of Country Selection:

  • If you select Bangladesh Mushak মুসক feature will be available.

Future Releases:
Several other countries will be added gradually in later releases.


Custom Field

If you have created custom fields from Settings > Custom Fields, they will appear here in the Business Details page.

  • Enter the relevant information for each custom field as needed.

  • This allows you to extend the business details with data specific to your operations.
