Creating a New Business in Two Accounts Web
To create a new business entity within Two Accounts web, follow the steps below. You must be logged in to access this feature.
Step-by-Step Guide

Navigate to Create New Business:

Once logged in, click the "Create New Business" button to enter the business creation page.

Enter Business Details:

Business Name: Enter the desired name for your new business.

Address: Provide the business address (optional but recommended).

Country: Select the country from the dropdown menu.

Chart of Accounts Option:

Add Default Chart Of Accounts Template : Check this box if you want the system to automatically populate the business with a standard chart of accounts. This provides a ready-to-use accounting framework and saves time on initial setup.

If unchecked, you will start with an empty chart of accounts and can build it manually later.

Complete Creation:

Click the "Create New Business" button to finalize.

What Happens After Creation
Once a new business is successfully added:

Default Menus: The system automatically adds a universal set of menus that are available for all businesses. These include:

Business Summary, Journal Entries, Bank & Cash Accounts, Receipts, Payments, Expense Claims, Customers, Sales Invoices, Credit Notes, Suppliers, Purchase Invoices, Debit Notes, Projects, Inventory Items, Employees

Chart of Accounts: If you selected the Add Default Chart Of Accounts Template option, a standard chart of accounts will be created automatically.

Flexibility: All default menus and chart of accounts entries are fully customizable. You can later:

Modify existing menus

Add custom menus

Add, edit, delete, the chart of accounts

Customize the business settings to suit your specific needs
